completing the acquisition of 7 retail land
leased pad sites in Bensalem PA, on behalf
of Penguin Real Estate Investors,
L.P. AVIR Realty Group,
LLC acted as acquisition advisor and asset
manager regarding these transactions.
The long-term credit leased
properties, known as ‘Restaurant Row’
were sold by O’Neill Property Group.
Restaurant Row is located in the
Horizon Corporate Center, at the Route 1
Interchange of the PA Turnpike and features
its own dedicated access ramp to the
Turnpike. Lowe’s and Wal Mart anchor the
site.
